Wooden Boxes

The wooden boxes made using wooden pallets at the MAS factory are one type of products that rely on the use of pallets (or wooden boards) in their production. These boxes depend on advanced technologies to ensure their quality and effectiveness in transportation and storage.

The basic stages in box manufacturing

-Cutting and shaping: The manufacturing process begins by cutting wood into precise dimensions using specialized cutting machines. Afterwards, the panels (or wooden boards) are shaped according to the required dimensions.

-Assembly: After shaping the panels, the parts are assembled together using fastening tools such as nails or screws, or sometimes strong adhesives to enhance durability.

-Reinforcement: Some boxes may require additional reinforcement using wedges or supports to ensure they do not become damaged during transport or storage.
