The Quality Management Department is primarily responsible for ensuring that final products meet the highest technical and industrial quality standards, including dimensional accuracy, durability, and the final finish of wooden pallets, with the goal of delivering a reliable and safe product to local and international customers.

Main Responsibilities of the Quality Control Department:

1. Technical Inspection of Products:

Each production batch is inspected to ensure:

  • Accuracy of dimensions (length × width × height).

  • Consistency in weight and load-bearing capacity.

  • Surface finish quality (sanding, free from impurities or cracks).

  • Assembly strength (proper fastening of nails and glue).

2. Application of International Standards like ISPM-15:

For pallets intended for export, the department ensures:

  • Wood is heat-treated or chemically treated to eliminate pests and fungi.

  • Pallets are stamped with the ISPM-15 mark to guarantee customs acceptance worldwide.

  • All treatments are documented in quality control reports.

3. Documentation and Reporting:

  • Technical reports are prepared for every production batch.

  • Rejected products and reasons for rejection are recorded.

  • Recommendations are submitted to the production team to avoid repeating issues.

4. Rejection of Non-Conforming Products:

  • Any product that does not meet the required standards is immediately isolated.

  • It is either re-evaluated or recycled based on the factory’s quality policy.

5. Continuous Improvement:

  • Analyze recurring defects and their root causes.

  • Collaborate with the production team to update processes and ensure improved quality in the future.

Objectives of the Quality Control Department:

  • Increase customer satisfaction.

  • Reduce defect rates and product returns.

  • Enhance the factory’s reputation as a reliable supplier locally and internationally.

  • Support export opportunities by complying with global standards.
