The Sales and Marketing Department is the interface through which the factory’s products are presented to the outside world and sold to customers both inside and outside Egypt.

Primary Objective:

To reach the largest number of target customers and achieve the highest sales rate for products at the best price, while maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships.

Sales Department Tasks

  1. Finding New Clients

    • Researching local and international markets to identify companies or traders who need the factory’s products (such as wooden or plastic pallets).

    • Using databases, trade fairs, or direct communication.

  2. Negotiation & Closing Deals

    • Communicating with customers.

    • Sending quotations.

    • Negotiating quantities, specifications, delivery schedules, and prices.

  3. Order Follow-up

    • Ensuring the order is executed as agreed.

    • Tracking shipping, delivery, and after-sales services.

  4. Achieving Monthly Sales Targets

    • Each sales representative has a monthly goal based on deals closed or revenue.

    • Performance is evaluated based on target achievement.

Marketing Department Tasks

  1. Building the Factory’s Image

    • Designing promotional materials like catalogs, brochures, videos, product images, and logo.

    • Writing company introduction content for the website and social media.

  2. Digital Marketing

    • Promoting products online (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google).

    • Launching paid campaigns to reach potential customers.

    • Reaching out to buyers via email or trade platforms (like Alibaba or Made-in-China).

  3. Market & Competitor Analysis

    • Monitoring market prices.

    • Understanding competitors and the strengths of their products.

    • Suggesting product or presentation improvements to attract more customers.

  4. Branding Focus

    • Designing a strong visual identity for the factory.

    • Ensuring product photos, packaging, and display reflect the factory’s professionalism and quality.
